BENEFITS
• Eliminates snails and other mollusks such as clams, mussels, oysters, and other shellfish.
• Effective against even large snails.
• Decomposes quickly in the environment (by sunlight), leaves no residue in the water or pond bottom, and does not affect microorganisms.
INGREDIENTS: 2’,5-dichloro-4’-nitrosalicylanilide, sufficient buffering agent.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Use only during pond preparation.
- To increase effectiveness, pump water into the pond and run aerators to encourage larval hatching and adult snails to crawl to the surface. Then drain the pond to a depth of 5-10 cm and use: 0.5-1 kg/1000 m2 of water (for large or adult snails, use a higher dose for an extended period).
- If the water level is above 1 m, increase the dose: 1-1.5 kg/1000 m2 of water.
*Notes when using KIMKO:
Check the salinity and pH of the pond water to determine the appropriate dosage (the higher the salinity and pH, the higher the dose).
Use in the cool afternoon, around 5-6 PM, mix 1 kg of KIMKO with 50 liters of water, stand in front of the wind and evenly distribute it into the pond, turn on the water aerator to mix thoroughly.
Do not apply lime before using KIMKO, and do not use it in combination with other chemicals or products.
It is recommended to soak the water for 1-3 days after using KIMKO to kill any remaining snails.
After 7-10 days of using the product, you can release the snails. Wear gloves, a face mask, and safety glasses when using the product. Users must be in good health. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
